1. How does Send2PK money transfer work?
Following are the simple steps to send through Send2PK:
- Provide details of the recipient
- Provide sender details
- Provide amount to be sent (currently only in USD)
- Confirm and Make Payment (using PayPal or Credit Card)
- Once the payment is processed, the money is sent to the recipient within 3 working days (usually takes less time)

There are multiple ways that money can be delivered to the recipient (in order of preference):
- Direct Bank Deposit
- PayOrder/Demand Draft
- Cash Delivery or Cash Pickup
Send2PK charges very low prices considering that we accept payments using PayPal and Credit Card. Following is the fee structure:
- Fixed Fee of USD 5, 10 or 15 (based on the amount) - Usually you will be charged USD 5
- Percentage Charge of 3.4% on the total USD amount

We send an email to the sender once we have delivered the money to the recipient. We usually inform the sender about the
method of delivery and any reference numbers (such as Bank transfer or Pay Order number).
5. Who should my recipient contact if there are problems or questions?

solving any and all problems that you may face.
Currently, you can send up to USD 1,200 through Send2PK transfer services. We are looking to increase this limit in the future. If
you wish to send more amount, you can still contact us
here. Also, we offer discounts on huge transfers too.
To cancel a transaction, there may be two possibilities:
- For all order processed through CCNow (either PayPal or CC), you can use the email sent by them to cancel the order. This will only
work if the order hasn't been processed/authorized yet. If it has, please contact us here.

Currently, we only allow transfer in United States Dollars. We plan to start offering more currencies soon.
9. How does Send2PK determine exchange rates?
Send2PK makes money through the fee it charges as well as due to the exchange difference that exists in international markets.
We try our best to provide good exchange rates to our customers, however, you may find that the rates do not match current market
rates since we have to provision for market fluctuations.
